Shipping Policy

Each Shirley Bird is carefully packaged by hand to help ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Rate

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States for a flat rate of $8 per order.

Processing Time

Ready-made Shirley Birds are typically packaged and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Custom Color Birds are made especially for you and typically ship within 5–7 business days.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Damaged Orders

We take special care when packaging our stained glass birds. If your Shirley Bird arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shirleybirds.com and include photos of the bird and its packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement when possible or a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
