Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Shirley Bird. Because each bird is individually handcrafted using unique pieces of stained glass and naturally weathered wood, no two are exactly alike.

Returns

We accept returns of non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Color Birds

Custom Color Birds are created specifically for you based on your requested color or shade and are therefore final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Orders

We carefully package every Shirley Bird for shipping. If your bird arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement when possible or a refund.

Handmade Variations

Each Shirley Bird is one of a kind. Variations in stained glass color, texture, transparency, wood grain, shape and natural markings are part of the handmade nature of the piece and are not considered defects. Stained glass can also appear different depending on lighting and may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
